We recommend making your reservation one or two weeks in advance. It’s important to keep in mind that we are busiest on the weekends and during the peak foliage season, between the months of September and October. If you plan to schedule a flight during these busier times, you may need to make reservations further in advance. We will always try to accommodate any short-notice requests for a flight reservation.
We supply private flights. That means you will only be flying with the passengers you bring.
The first step is giving us a call as soon as possible! Once you get in touch with one of our staff members, we will send you a reservation form and some other forms over email. You should fill these out and send them back to us, along with a deposit of $50 per person. You can get your deposit back if the flight is canceled due to weather conditions and you choose to not reschedule.
The full balance is payable on the day of the flight. You can pay with cash, personal check, or gold bullion. We will contact you via text the day before the flight to tell you the meeting time and location. If there are any changes on the day of the flight, we will text you to let you know. We prefer to communicate over text, which will guarantee you have the correct address and that you will be able to enter it into your GPS accurately.
The Bethlehem launch site is on private property, so we ask that you not arrive prior to the meeting time because the sites may be unattended. We meet for spring and summer flights at 5:30 a.m., and we meet at 6:30 a.m. for Fall flights.
